This is a two and a half story and basement stone building with slate and tin roof, wood floors, wood lath and plaster finish. Central steam heat.
There are dormitory rooms on the second and third floors with large assembly room on the second floor, parlor and reading rooms on the first floor, lounging rooms, toilets and supply room in the basement.
