This is a fire resistive building, three stories and basement with stone walls backed with 8" of brick; reinforced concrete floors and roof. Brick and tile partitions.
Floor three contains class and lecture rooms and offices.
Floor two - ice cream laboratory; milk processing laboratory, butter making laboratory, offices
Floor one - ice cream, dairy chemical, dairy testing and milk processing laboratories and sales room.
Basement - farm dairy laboratory, dairy engineering laboratory, store room, ice machine and refrigerating room. |
